Silicea is a substance most often associated with strong hair and nails and can be taken in the form of tablets or gels. It is found in Urticalcin, a combination of stinging nettle herb, silicea, calcium and sodium salts.
Directions for use:
Adults: Suck or chew 3 tablets twice daily, allowing them to dissolve in the mouth.
Children (2-12 years): Suck or chew 1 tablet twice daily, allowing it to dissolve in the mouth.
Urticalcin silicea and nettle extract is convenient to take. This is unlike silicea in the form of gels (silicea gel) which has to be taken 2 hours before any medication to avoid the risk of drug interaction.
Urticalcin silicea and nettle extract is not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Please seek medical advice if pregnant.
Ingredients:
Extract of Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica), silicea, calcium carbonate, calcium phosphate and sodium phosphate. Also contains lactose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and pregelatinised potato starch.
This product contains lactose and may not be suitable for those who are lactose intolerant.

Dormeasan is a herbal sleep remedy made from extracts of freshly harvested, organically grown Valerian root and Hops.

Directions for use:
Massage a small amount of the gel onto the skin 2 to 3 times a day using an upwards motion. Pay special attention to the ankles and the areas that feel most uncomfortable. When possible, keep legs raised for 20 minutes. If you think you have a condition that may require medical treatment, consult your pharmacist or doctor before using this product.
