The minimum order for free delivery within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) is £30.

Orders under £30 are charged at a flat rate of £4.95

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally but with different rates depends on the weight and measurements of the parcel.

How long will it take for delivery?

Delivery is between 3-7 working days for Uk, depends on stock availability.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. A copy of the delivery note will be emailed to you on completion of your order and at point of posting.

How do I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

What happens if a product I have ordered is not in stock?

We will ship it as soon as we get it in stock and we will inform you about all the details.

What is your policy regarding refunds?

We will examine the returned Product and notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. Products returned by you because of a fault, damage in transport or mis-described will be refunded in full.
