Echinaforce Chewable contains the same herbal extract of freshly harvested Echinacea purpurea .It may be used by children (above the age of 12 years) to help fight the cold and flu. Directions for use: Adults, elderly and children over 12 years: Chew 2 tablets two to three times daily. For oral use only. Do not use Echinaforce® Chewable if you are allergic to Echinacea, other members of the daisy family or any of the other ingredients. Ingredients: 1 tablet contains 380mg of extract (as dry extract) from fresh Echinacea purpurea (L.) Moench herb (1:12) and 20mg of extract (as dry extract) from fresh Echinacea purpurea (L.) This is the latest product in our Echinaforce® range. It combines our well-known fresh Echinacea root and herb extracts with Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) to produce a soothing and palatable hot drink. Just what you need to help fight off symptoms such as aching limbs and headaches when you are struck down by the cold or flu. Echinaforce® Hot Drink should be diluted with hot water and made into a hot drink before use. 1. Fill the 5ml measuring spoon provided with the product. 2. Pour the contents of the spoon into a cup. 3. Add hot water and stir.   Adults and children over 12 years: Days 1 to 3: Take 5ml diluted in hot water five times daily Days 4 to 10: Take 5ml diluted in hot water three times daily For oral use only. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not take this product for a cold or flu for more than 10 days. 5ml of concentrate contains 1,140mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea herb and 60mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea root; and 1,383mg of elderberry juice concentrate.
