Echinacea with Black Elderberry 100ml

This is the latest product in our Echinaforce® range. It combines our well-known fresh Echinacea root and herb extracts with Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) to produce a soothing and palatable hot drink.
Just what you need to help fight off symptoms such as aching limbs and headaches when you are struck down by the cold or flu.
Echinaforce® Hot Drink should be diluted with hot water and made into a hot drink before use.
1. Fill the 5ml measuring spoon provided with the product.
2. Pour the contents of the spoon into a cup.
3. Add hot water and stir.
Adults and children over 12 years:
Days 1 to 3: Take 5ml diluted in hot water five times daily
Days 4 to 10: Take 5ml diluted in hot water three times daily
For oral use only. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not take this product for a cold or flu for more than 10 days.
5ml of concentrate contains 1,140mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea herb and 60mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea root; and 1,383mg of elderberry juice concentrate.

Eyes can become dry and irritated as a result of a number of factors in our modern world. Working long hours at a computer screen, heating, air-conditioning and pollution are all contributory factors. Eyes become drier with age and use of contact lenses can irritate eyes.
Directions:
Adults, the elderly and children (12 years and over):
1 drop in each eye 4 to 5 times daily, or more often as required.
Children from the age of 3 years:
1 drop in each eye 1-2 times daily.
Each bottle provides about 300 drops. Please note that there will always be a small amount of liquid left in the bottle after use. We recommend that you do not share eye drops with other people. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.

Directions:
Children (2-12 years):
