Dormeasan is a herbal sleep remedy made from extracts of freshly harvested, organically grown Valerian root and Hops. Dormeasan may be used as a sleep remedy or for mild anxiety, by adults (over 18 years of age) and the elderly. As a sleep remedy: Take 30 drops of the herbal remedy in a little water half an hour before bedtime. For mild anxiety: This product may also be used to relieve the symptoms of mild anxiety. Cough syrups help to ease the irritation in the respiratory tract. They are sometimes required after a cold or flu, or following other infections of the respiratory tract. Conventional cough syrups may contain ingredients that may cause drowsiness – and this is the reason why some people prefer to use a cough syrup containing herbal or natural ingredients which are not associated with this concern. Fresh extract of Centaurium umbellatum Centaurium is well known to herbalists as a ‘stomach bitter’ – one of the classes of herbs with bitter taste and used to aid digestion. For these herbs, it is important to taste the bitterness – and because of this, it is better to use herbs such as Centaurium as a tincture taken 5 minutes before meals.
