Power Health Omega 3 Liquid has been formulated especially for children and contains no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. It is a concentrated source of the essential Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).
Ingredients:
Low Odour Fish Oil, Natural Strawberry Flavour, Antioxidant: Vitamin E (as D-Alpha tocopheryl acetate). Each 5ml serving provides a minimum of 30% Omega 3 Fatty Acids, of which: 825mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) & 550mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).
Suggested intake:
Children under 6 years: ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) a day. Children over 6 years & adults: one 5ml teaspoon a day. Take on its own or add to food or drink, such as yoghurt, milkshakes or fruit juice.
Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Phytosterols (also known as plant sterols) are naturally occurring plant substances. A daily intake of 2g of phytosterols has been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol which is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease.

Phytosterols, Capsule Shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Stearate, Hydrated Magnesium Silicate. Each capsule provides on average 400mg phytosterols. 5 capsules provide on average 2g phytosterols.
Directions:
Take between two to five capsules a day at meal times e.g. two capsules at breakfast, one at lunch and two at dinner. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily intake of 5 capsules.
