The chalk we use was created millions of years ago and is simply gathered from the bottom of the sea and then pulverised. That is also the reason that this toothpaste has the natural, light grey colour of natural chalk. Furthermore, it has a high content of aloe vera, because it helps protect your gums and provides them with some additional care. And as a small extra bonus, we have also added myrrh, which is known for its disinfecting effect.

Super Hero is the only fish oil that, in a 1ml drop, contains the same amount of DHA found in a tin of sardines* with 465 mg DHA, 133mg EPA & 693mg Omega 3 in total.
Dosage:
1ml a day provides an optimum amount of DHA (balanced with EPA) suitable for most age groups, but this can be increased as the child gets older and in some cases it could be increased even further depending on specific conditions or dietary needs. For children over 12 a higher ratio of EPA to DHA is preferable and our Lion Heart fish oil would be more suitable. To put the amounts into context, a typical 140g serving of farmed salmon (the size of a computer mouse) contains about 1,680mg of DHA and a tin of sardines (including the bones) contains around 433mg DHA.
