This Wholefood Zinc is combined with wholefood powders of Cocoa, Flax Seed and Shiitake mushrooms to enhance availability of this important mineral. Blended with foods containing vitamins and phytochemicals, this works in synergy to support the absorption and functioning of Zinc in the body. Zinc contributes to supporting the immune, healthy skin, gut health and bone strength. By combining minerals with wholefoods, we have made them better absorbed, reducing the need for high doses.

Ingredients:

Cocoa Flesh Powder (Theobroma Cacao), Flax Seed Powder (Linum Usitatissimum), Shiitake Mushroom Powder (Lentinula Edodes), Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose (Capsule Shell), Zinc Citrate. Each capsule provides Zinc 10mg (100% NRV), in a base of Cocoa, Flaxseed, and Shiitake Mushroom powders. No added: Wheat, lactose, preservatives, artificial colours or flavours, yeast.

Directions:

2 capsules daily with food and water or as prescribed by your medical practitioner/nutritional therapist. Do not exceed stated recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
