The delicious fish oil, flavoured with natural lemon, provides 1340mg of omega 3 fatty acids per teaspoon with high levels of the all-important EPA and DHA. This oil is an easy way to give yourself a significant dose with one teaspoonful. DHA supports normal vision and brain health; EPA and DHA are important for normal heart health.
