This pretty little plant takes its name from one of the three graces, Euphrosyne, although it was not until the Middle Ages that its beneficial effects were noted, coming to be known as Eyebright. Alfred Vogel knew it as a wild plant which enjoys living in grassland, drawing nutrients from its companion plants. Collected in late summer, the aerial parts are used to create this remedy.
Directions for use:
For oral use only.
Adults: 20 drops twice a day, in a little water.
Children: This product is not recommended for children.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.
Avoid during pregnancy.

Echinacea with Black Elderberry 100ml

This is the latest product in our Echinaforce® range. It combines our well-known fresh Echinacea root and herb extracts with Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) to produce a soothing and palatable hot drink.
Just what you need to help fight off symptoms such as aching limbs and headaches when you are struck down by the cold or flu.
Echinaforce® Hot Drink should be diluted with hot water and made into a hot drink before use.
1. Fill the 5ml measuring spoon provided with the product.
2. Pour the contents of the spoon into a cup.
3. Add hot water and stir.
Adults and children over 12 years:
Days 1 to 3: Take 5ml diluted in hot water five times daily

Eyes can become dry and irritated as a result of a number of factors in our modern world. Working long hours at a computer screen, heating, air-conditioning and pollution are all contributory factors. Eyes become drier with age and use of contact lenses can irritate eyes.
Directions:
Adults, the elderly and children (12 years and over):
1 drop in each eye 4 to 5 times daily, or more often as required.
Children from the age of 3 years:
1 drop in each eye 1-2 times daily.
Each bottle provides about 300 drops. Please note that there will always be a small amount of liquid left in the bottle after use. We recommend that you do not share eye drops with other people. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.

Directions for use:
Massage a small amount of the gel onto the skin 2 to 3 times a day using an upwards motion. Pay special attention to the ankles and the areas that feel most uncomfortable. When possible, keep legs raised for 20 minutes. If you think you have a condition that may require medical treatment, consult your pharmacist or doctor before using this product.
Do not apply to the face. Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Do not apply to inflamed or broken skin.

Cold sores can be a source of great misery. They are both painful and embarrassing. The winter months can leave you a bit run down and this may cause you to be more vulnerable to these little patches of unpleasantness.
Directions:
Apply sparingly to the cold sore 5 times a day.

One tube of Bio-Propolis will provide many applications. You only need to apply a tiny amount.
Contraindications:
There is no contraindication for use of BioPropolis in pregnancy. We would advise, however, that pregnant women experiencing recurrent cold sores should consult their doctor to check the status of their immune system.
