Borage Oil
Up to 23% of the fatty acid content from Borage Oil (Borago officinalis), also known as Starflower Oil, is Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). This makes it a much richer source of GLA than Evening Primrose Oil Gamma linolenic acid GLA is used in the production of hormone like chemicals in the body called prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are involved in the
control of a number of biological processes including hormone balance.

High strength cranberry juice tablets made from cranberry juice concentrate 1 tablet is equivalent to 4500mg of fresh cranberries. Cranberry can prevent and treat urinary infections; believed to be due to the presence of proanthocyanodins which inhibit the ability of harmful bacteria to attach to cells in the urinary tract.

Low Odour Fish Oil, Natural Strawberry Flavour, Antioxidant: Vitamin E (as D-Alpha tocopheryl acetate). Each 5ml serving provides a minimum of 30% Omega 3 Fatty Acids, of which: 825mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) & 550mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid).
Suggested intake:
Children under 6 years: ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) a day. Children over 6 years & adults: one 5ml teaspoon a day. Take on its own or add to food or drink, such as yoghurt, milkshakes or fruit juice.
