Eyes can become dry and irritated as a result of a number of factors in our modern world. Working long hours at a computer screen, heating, air-conditioning and pollution are all contributory factors. Eyes become drier with age and use of contact lenses can irritate eyes. Directions: Adults, the elderly and children (12 years and over): 1 drop in each eye 4 to 5 times daily, or more often as required. Children from the age of 3 years: 1 drop in each eye 1-2 times daily. Each bottle provides about 300 drops. Please note that there will always be a small amount of liquid left in the bottle after use. We recommend that you do not share eye drops with other people. Made from extracts of fresh arnica, Atrogel® is an easy-to-apply, no-greasy gel, used traditionally to help relieve pain. Externally applied, its anti-inflammatory properties helps to ease muscular aches, joint pain and stiffness, sprains, strains and swelling after injury, as well as bruising. Directions: Atrogel® Arnica gel may be used to relieve pain and bruising in adults, children and the elderly. Apply 2 to 10 cm of the gel gently to the affected area. Use between 2 and 4 times daily for pain relief. Atrogel® Arnica gel may be used by those who are pregnant. Don’t use Atrogel® if you have broken or irritated skin, if you are allergic to arnica preparations or other members of the daisy (Asteraceae / Compositae) family, or any of the other ingredients. Use within 5 months of opening. Ingredients: Atrogel® Arnica gel is a herbal gel obtained from freshly harvested, organically cultivated Arnica montana. 1g of gel contains 500mg of arnica extract, equivalent (on average) to 160mg fresh arnica flowers. Other ingredients are ethanol, purified water, glycerol (derived from plants) and hypromellose (a thickening agent). The product is free from genetically modified ingredients.

Siberian Ginseng is native to North Eastern Asia and is often referred to as Eleutherococcus or eleuthero. It has been widely used in Eastern countries including Russia and China as an adaptogen. Directions for use: Adults: 20 - 30 drops twice daily, in a little water. Children: This product is not recommended for children. Ingredients: Tincture of Eleutherococcus senticosus (Siberian Ginseng) dried roots, extracted in alcohol (50% v/v)

Essential oils have become extremely popular and are used in many different ways. The key feature of essential oils is that they evaporate at room temperature - this is the reason they smell so pleasant. The most popular use of Po-Ho is to inhale the essential oils. This can be done in a number of ways:

• Put a few drops of Po-Ho oil onto a handkerchief or bunched-up tissue, hold it to your nose and inhale. You can also put the essential oil soaked handkerchief into your pillowcase or next to your pillow to help you sleep better
• If you need to inhale an extra boost of essential oils, put one drop of Po-Ho into a steaming-hot bowl of water, lean over, cover your head and bowl with a small towel, and inhale. Do this carefully as the oils can initially feel quite strong to your eyes when you inhale.
• Po-Ho essential oil can also be rubbed onto the front of your upper chest – your body heat will release a constant supply of essential oils for you to inhale. 1 drop of Po-Ho should be mixed with 15 drops of base oil before rubbing onto your chest.
• The easy-to-carry essential oil inhaler stick is a convenient way of using Po-Ho. To use, insert the tip of the inhaler gently into your nostril, close the other nostril and inhale deeply. Repeat with the other nostril. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Po-Ho oil for inhalation is a mixture of:

• Peppermint essential oil: 50%
• Eucalyptus essential oil: 30%
• Juniper essential oil: 14%
• Caraway essential oil:4%
• Fennel essential oil: 2%

A.Vogel Agnus castus is a licensed herbal remedy which can be used to help relieve symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome) such as menstrual cramps, breast tenderness, bloating, irritability and mood swings. Directions: Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: 15 to 20 drops in a little water twice daily. Taking the maximum daily dose, you get 1,000 mg of Agnus castus extract, equivalent to 100mg dried berries. The effects of this product may not be felt immediately. For best results you may need to take this product for up to 3 months. Do not take more than 40 drops a day. Not for use in children or those under 18 years of age. Do not use if you have a pituitary gland disorder, are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breast-feeding.
