Directions for use:

Each tablet contains the powdered dried juice of Acerola 480mg, Passion fruit 60mg, Sea buckthorn 10mg, Prickly gooseberry 1mg, Blackcurrant 1mg, Lemon 0.5mg. Also contains fructose, maize starch and magnesium stearate (vegetable source) to 1030mg.

Eyes can become dry and irritated as a result of a number of factors in our modern world. Working long hours at a computer screen, heating, air-conditioning and pollution are all contributory factors. Eyes become drier with age and use of contact lenses can irritate eyes.
Directions:
Adults, the elderly and children (12 years and over):
1 drop in each eye 4 to 5 times daily, or more often as required.
Children from the age of 3 years:
1 drop in each eye 1-2 times daily.

Dormeasan is a herbal sleep remedy made from extracts of freshly harvested, organically grown Valerian root and Hops.
Dormeasan may be used as a sleep remedy or for mild anxiety, by adults (over 18 years of age) and the elderly.
As a sleep remedy: Take 30 drops of the herbal remedy in a little water half an hour before bedtime.
For mild anxiety: This product may also be used to relieve the symptoms of mild anxiety. Take 10 - 20 drops once or twice daily.

Directions:
Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: 15 to 20 drops in a little water twice daily.

Directions:
Apply sparingly to the cold sore 5 times a day.
