A.Vogel’s Stress Relief Daytime is a herbal remedy containing extracts of freshly harvested, organically grown Valerian and Hops.
Stress Relief Daytime is a natural based herbal remedy for mild anxiety and symptoms of stress. It may be used by adults (those over 18 years of age) and the elderly. Take 10 to 20 drops once or twice daily.
Do not take more than the recommended dose. This herbal remedy is not known to be habit forming.
Stress Relief Daytime contains the natural based herbal extracts of Valerian (valerian tincture) and Hops (hops tincture) obtained from freshly harvested herbs organically cultivated in Switzerland.
1ml of Stress Relief Daytime (equivalent to 35 drops) contains:
- Valerian root tincture 0.5ml (ethanol 58% V/V)
- Hops strobile tincture 0.5ml (ethanol 65% V/V)
Other ingredients used are ethanol and water.

Essential oils for inhalation 10ml

Essential oils have become extremely popular and are used in many different ways. The key feature of essential oils is that they evaporate at room temperature - this is the reason they smell so pleasant.
The most popular use of Po-Ho is to inhale the essential oils. This can be done in a number of ways:

- Put a few drops of Po-Ho oil onto a handkerchief or bunched-up tissue, hold it to your nose and inhale. You can also put the essential oil soaked handkerchief into your pillowcase or next to your pillow to help you sleep better
- If you need to inhale an extra boost of essential oils, put one drop of Po-Ho into a steaming-hot bowl of water, lean over, cover your head and bowl with a small towel, and inhale. Do this carefully as the oils can initially feel quite strong to your eyes when you inhale.
- Po-Ho essential oil can also be rubbed onto the front of your upper chest – your body heat will release a constant supply of essential oils for you to inhale. 1 drop of Po-Ho should be mixed with 15 drops of base oil before rubbing onto your chest.
- The easy-to-carry essential oil inhaler stick is a convenient way of using Po-Ho. To use, insert the tip of the inhaler gently into your nostril, close the other nostril and inhale deeply. Repeat with the other nostril. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.

Directions:
Atrogel® Arnica gel may be used to relieve pain and bruising in adults, children and the elderly. Apply 2 to 10 cm of the gel gently to the affected area. Use between 2 and 4 times daily for pain relief.
Atrogel® Arnica gel may be used by those who are pregnant.

Venagel Horse Chestnut Gel 100ml

Venagel contains the extract of fresh Horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) seeds. Horse chestnut extracts are commonly associated with the treatment of varicose veins, such as with our Venaforce® Horse chestnut tablets.
However, Horse chestnut extracts in gels are soothing, providing cooling relief to legs that feel weary, heavy and uncomfortable – fantastic after a night out or a day’s shopping. It is also useful for long journeys (especially by plane), during hot weather and can be used during pregnancy.
Directions for use:
Massage a small amount of the gel onto the skin 2 to 3 times a day using an upwards motion. Pay special attention to the ankles and the areas that feel most uncomfortable. When possible, keep legs raised for 20 minutes. If you think you have a condition that may require medical treatment, consult your pharmacist or doctor before using this product.
Do not apply to the face. Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Do not apply to inflamed or broken skin.
