A.Vogel’s Stress Relief Daytime is a herbal remedy containing extracts of freshly harvested, organically grown Valerian and Hops.
Stress Relief Daytime is a natural based herbal remedy for mild anxiety and symptoms of stress. It may be used by adults (those over 18 years of age) and the elderly. Take 10 to 20 drops once or twice daily.
Do not take more than the recommended dose. This herbal remedy is not known to be habit forming.
Stress Relief Daytime contains the natural based herbal extracts of Valerian (valerian tincture) and Hops (hops tincture) obtained from freshly harvested herbs organically cultivated in Switzerland.
1ml of Stress Relief Daytime (equivalent to 35 drops) contains:
- Valerian root tincture 0.5ml (ethanol 58% V/V)
- Hops strobile tincture 0.5ml (ethanol 65% V/V)
Other ingredients used are ethanol and water.

Essential oils for inhalation 10ml

Essential oils have become extremely popular and are used in many different ways. The key feature of essential oils is that they evaporate at room temperature - this is the reason they smell so pleasant.
The most popular use of Po-Ho is to inhale the essential oils. This can be done in a number of ways:

- Put a few drops of Po-Ho oil onto a handkerchief or bunched-up tissue, hold it to your nose and inhale. You can also put the essential oil soaked handkerchief into your pillowcase or next to your pillow to help you sleep better
- If you need to inhale an extra boost of essential oils, put one drop of Po-Ho into a steaming-hot bowl of water, lean over, cover your head and bowl with a small towel, and inhale. Do this carefully as the oils can initially feel quite strong to your eyes when you inhale.
- Po-Ho essential oil can also be rubbed onto the front of your upper chest – your body heat will release a constant supply of essential oils for you to inhale. 1 drop of Po-Ho should be mixed with 15 drops of base oil before rubbing onto your chest.
- The easy-to-carry essential oil inhaler stick is a convenient way of using Po-Ho. To use, insert the tip of the inhaler gently into your nostril, close the other nostril and inhale deeply. Repeat with the other nostril. Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
- Peppermint essential oil: 50%

Eye Drops Containing Extra 10ml

Eyes can become dry and irritated as a result of a number of factors in our modern world. Working long hours at a computer screen, heating, air-conditioning and pollution are all contributory factors. Eyes become drier with age and use of contact lenses can irritate eyes.
Directions:
Adults, the elderly and children (12 years and over):
1 drop in each eye 4 to 5 times daily, or more often as required.
Children from the age of 3 years:
1 drop in each eye 1-2 times daily.
Each bottle provides about 300 drops. Please note that there will always be a small amount of liquid left in the bottle after use. We recommend that you do not share eye drops with other people. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.

A.Vogel Agnus castus is a licensed herbal remedy which can be used to help relieve symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome) such as menstrual cramps, breast tenderness, bloating, irritability and mood swings.
Directions:
Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: 15 to 20 drops in a little water twice daily.
Taking the maximum daily dose, you get 1,000 mg of Agnus castus extract, equivalent to 100mg dried berries.

Cold sores can be a source of great misery. They are both painful and embarrassing. The winter months can leave you a bit run down and this may cause you to be more vulnerable to these little patches of unpleasantness.
Directions:
Apply sparingly to the cold sore 5 times a day.

Contraindications:

Directions for use:
