Pollinosan tablets are non-drowsy so will not affect your ability to drive or use machinery. It can be used to help treat allergies to grass or tree pollen (hayfever), as well as allergies to dust, animals and pets (allergic rhinitis) – both conditions give rise to symptoms such as itching and watery eyes, sneezing, tickly nose or throat and a blocked nose. Pollinosan tablets can be used together with Pollinosan Luffa Nasal Spray. Adults, the elderly and children (12 years and over): Take 2 tablets 3 times daily before meals. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients in Pollinosan Hayfever tablets or if you are allergic to lactose. Do not use during pregnancy or lactation unless under the guidance of a doctor. Pollinosan Hayfever tablets are made from 7 tropical herbs potentised using a traditional homeopathic method. Each tablet contains: Ammi visnaga 1x Aralia racemosa 2x Cardiospermum halicacabum 2x Larrea mexicana 2x Luffa operculata 6x Okoubaka aubrevillei 2x Galphimia glauca 3x These tablets also contain lactose, starch and magnesium stearate.

However, Horse chestnut extracts in gels are soothing, providing cooling relief to legs that feel weary, heavy and uncomfortable – fantastic after a night out or a day’s shopping. It is also useful for long journeys (especially by plane), during hot weather and can be used during pregnancy. Directions for use: Massage a small amount of the gel onto the skin 2 to 3 times a day using an upwards motion. Pay special attention to the ankles and the areas that feel most uncomfortable.
