Siberian Ginseng is native to North Eastern Asia and is often referred to as Eleutherococcus or eleuthero. It has been widely used in Eastern countries including Russia and China as an adaptogen.
Directions for use:
Adults: 20 – 30 drops twice daily, in a little water.

Venagel contains the extract of fresh Horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum) seeds. Horse chestnut extracts are commonly associated with the treatment of varicose veins, such as with our Venaforce® Horse chestnut tablets.
However, Horse chestnut extracts in gels are soothing, providing cooling relief to legs that feel weary, heavy and uncomfortable – fantastic after a night out or a day’s shopping. It is also useful for long journeys (especially by plane), during hot weather and can be used during pregnancy.
Directions for use:
Massage a small amount of the gel onto the skin 2 to 3 times a day using an upwards motion. Pay special attention to the ankles and the areas that feel most uncomfortable. When possible, keep legs raised for 20 minutes. If you think you have a condition that may require medical treatment, consult your pharmacist or doctor before using this product.
Do not apply to the face. Avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after use. Do not apply to inflamed or broken skin.

A.Vogel Agnus castus is a licensed herbal remedy which can be used to help relieve symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome) such as menstrual cramps, breast tenderness, bloating, irritability and mood swings.
Directions:
Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: 15 to 20 drops in a little water twice daily.
Taking the maximum daily dose, you get 1,000 mg of Agnus castus extract, equivalent to 100mg dried berries.
The effects of this product may not be felt immediately. For best results you may need to take this product for up to 3 months.

Conventional cough syrups may contain ingredients that may cause drowsiness – and this is the reason why some people prefer to use a cough syrup containing herbal or natural ingredients which are not associated with this concern.
Directions:
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 5-10ml (1-2 teaspoons) two to four times daily. A measuring cup is provided.
