The delicious fish oil, flavoured with natural lemon, provides 1340mg of omega 3 fatty acids per teaspoon with high levels of the all-important EPA and DHA. Over the past few years there have been frequent research reports demonstrating the benefit of fish oils and how the balance of our daily diets is changing as we eat less fish. This oil is an easy way to give yourself a significant dose with one teaspoonful. DHA supports normal vision and brain health; EPA and DHA are important for normal heart health. The beneficial effect from these omegas is obtained with a combined daily intake of at least 250mg of DHA and EPA. Dosage: Adults take 1 teaspoon (5ml) a day.
