Phytosterols (also known as plant sterols) are naturally occurring plant substances. A daily intake of 2g of phytosterols has been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol which is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease.
Ingredients:
Phytosterols, Capsule Shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Stearate, Hydrated Magnesium Silicate. Each capsule provides on average 400mg phytosterols. 5 capsules provide on average 2g phytosterols.
Directions:
Take between two to five capsules a day at meal times e.g. two capsules at breakfast, one at lunch and two at dinner. Do not exceed the recommended maximum daily intake of 5 capsules.
