Power Health Omega 3 Liquid has been formulated especially for children and contains no artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners. It is a concentrated source of the essential Omega 3 fatty acids EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Ingredients: Low Odour Fish Oil, Natural Strawberry Flavour, Antioxidant: Vitamin E (as D-Alpha tocopheryl acetate). Each 5ml serving provides a minimum of 30% Omega 3 Fatty Acids, of which: 825mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) & 550mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Suggested intake: Children under 6 years: ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) a day. Children over 6 years & adults: one 5ml teaspoon a day. Take on its own or add to food or drink, such as yoghurt, milkshakes or fruit juice. Do not exceed the recommended intake.

High strength cranberry juice tablets made from cranberry juice concentrate 1 tablet is equivalent to 4500mg of fresh cranberries. Cranberry can prevent and treat urinary infections; believed to be due to the presence of proanthocyanodins which inhibit the ability of harmful bacteria to attach to cells in the urinary tract. Please note: A recent change in raw material has led to a change in appearance of these tablets - they are now a deeper purple colour but the quality and effectiveness of the product is up to our usual high standards.Each tablet provides on average 180mg of 25:1 Cranberry Juice Concentrate which is equivalent to 4500mg of Fresh Cranberries. Ingredients : Sweetener: Xylitol, Maltodextrin, Powdered Cranberry Juice Concentrate, Anti-Caking Agent: Magnesium Stearate. Directions : Take one or two tablets a day.
