Saw Palmetto is a fruit-bearing plant that's traditionally used in products aimed at supporting the health and well-being of men. It's rich in fatty acids and phytosterols, and has a long history of use by Native American cultures as a traditional remedy.
Just one fuss-free tablet per day provides the equivalent of 1600mg of dried Saw Palmetto berries. In addition to Nettle, Amino Acids, and 7.5mg of Zinc per dose, because Zinc contributes to the healthy functioning of the immune system, in addition to helping maintain normal levels of testosterone in the blood.
