An excellent way of taking 1000 mg or 500 mg of vitamin C in a tasty, effervescent drink that is free from artificial flavourings, sweeteners and additives. This oil is an easy way to give yourself a significant dose with one teaspoonful. DHA supports normal vision and brain health; EPA and DHA are important for normal heart health.
