Garcinia Cambogia is made from the rind of an Indian tamarind fruit which is rich in hydroxycitric acid. It is believed to inhibit the synthesis of fatty acids in the liver and promotes an increased availibility of glycogen sending a “full” signal to the brain.Garcinia Cambogia extract has a hydroxycitric acid (HCA) content of between 50 – 55% Garcinia Cambogia may be chosen as a food supplement by slimmers and those on a calorie controlled diet.

Two tablets provide on average 1000mg of Garcinia Cambogia (providing 500mg of HCA) and 200µg (500%*) of Chromium.
