Fresh extract of Centaurium umbellatum
Centaurium is well known to herbalists as a ‘stomach bitter’ – one of the classes of herbs with bitter taste and used to aid digestion. For these herbs, it is important to taste the bitterness – and because of this, it is better to use herbs such as Centaurium as a tincture taken 5 minutes before meals.
Dosage :Adults: 10 – 15 drops 3 times daily beforre meals, in a little water.
Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water.
Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose.

This is the latest product in our Echinaforce® range. It combines our well-known fresh Echinacea root and herb extracts with Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) to produce a soothing and palatable hot drink.
Just what you need to help fight off symptoms such as aching limbs and headaches when you are struck down by the cold or flu.
Echinaforce® Hot Drink should be diluted with hot water and made into a hot drink before use.
1. Fill the 5ml measuring spoon provided with the product.
2. Pour the contents of the spoon into a cup.
3. Add hot water and stir.
Adults and children over 12 years:
Days 1 to 3: Take 5ml diluted in hot water five times daily
Days 4 to 10: Take 5ml diluted in hot water three times daily
