This is the latest product in our Echinaforce® range. It combines our well-known fresh Echinacea root and herb extracts with Black Elderberry (Sambucus nigra) to produce a soothing and palatable hot drink. Just what you need to help fight off symptoms such as aching limbs and headaches when you are struck down by the cold or flu. Echinaforce® Hot Drink should be diluted with hot water and made into a hot drink before use. 1. Fill the 5ml measuring spoon provided with the product. 2. Pour the contents of the spoon into a cup. 3. Add hot water and stir.   Adults and children over 12 years: Days 1 to 3: Take 5ml diluted in hot water five times daily Days 4 to 10: Take 5ml diluted in hot water three times daily For oral use only. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Do not take this product for a cold or flu for more than 10 days. 5ml of concentrate contains 1,140mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea herb and 60mg of extract (as tincture) of fresh Echinacea purpurea root; and 1,383mg of elderberry juice concentrate.

Made from extracts of fresh arnica, Atrogel® is an easy-to-apply, no-greasy gel, used traditionally to help relieve pain. Externally applied, its anti-inflammatory properties helps to ease muscular aches, joint pain and stiffness, sprains, strains and swelling after injury, as well as bruising. Directions: Atrogel® Arnica gel may be used to relieve pain and bruising in adults, children and the elderly. Apply 2 to 10 cm of the gel gently to the affected area. Use between 2 and 4 times daily for pain relief. Atrogel® Arnica gel may be used by those who are pregnant. Don’t use Atrogel® if you have broken or irritated skin, if you are allergic to arnica preparations or other members of the daisy (Asteraceae / Compositae) family, or any of the other ingredients. Use within 5 months of opening. Ingredients: Atrogel® Arnica gel is a herbal gel obtained from freshly harvested, organically cultivated Arnica montana. 1g of gel contains 500mg of arnica extract, equivalent (on average) to 160mg fresh arnica flowers. Other ingredients are ethanol, purified water, glycerol (derived from plants) and hypromellose (a thickening agent). The product is free from genetically modified ingredients.

Passiflora Complex is a herbal tincture containing Passiflora incarnata and Avena sativa. It is a food supplement which is particularly useful for supporting those prone to worrying or feeling ‘under pressure’, helping to maintain a healthy response to stress. Only freshly harvested, organically grown Passiflora and Avena sativa herbs are used to produce Passiflora Complex tincture. Directions: Adults: 20 drops twice daily, in a little water. Children (2-12 years): 1 drop per year of age twice daily in a little water. Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Avoid during pregnancy or if breastfeeding. Keep out of reach and sight of children. Ingredients: Contains the tinctures of fresh Passiflora incarnata* (Passiflora) aerial parts 70% and fresh Avena sativa* (Oats) 30%. A.Vogel Agnus castus is a licensed herbal remedy which can be used to help relieve symptoms of PMS (premenstrual syndrome) such as menstrual cramps, breast tenderness, bloating, irritability and mood swings. Directions: Women experiencing premenstrual symptoms: 15 to 20 drops in a little water twice daily. Taking the maximum daily dose, you get 1,000 mg of Agnus castus extract, equivalent to 100mg dried berries. The effects of this product may not be felt immediately. For best results you may need to take this product for up to 3 months. Do not take more than 40 drops a day. Not for use in children or those under 18 years of age. Do not use if you have a pituitary gland disorder, are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or breast-feeding. Ingredients: Our Agnus castus is a licensed herbal remedy intended for use by women suffering symptoms of PMS. Each ml of oral liquid contains 895mg of tincture and is an extract of the fruit of Agnus castus (Vitex agnus-castus L.) (1:10). Ethanol 69.5% V/V

A.Vogel Sinuforce Nasal Spray with menthol provides rapid relief for nasal catarrh and a blocked or congested nose. It reduces swelling of the nasal mucous membranes, but leaves the natural protective function intact. Directions: Children (2-12 years): Spray once into each nostril, 1-2 times a day for a period not exceeding 30 days. Adults: Spray once or twice into each nostril, 3-5 times daily for a period not exceeding 30 days. This product is not suitable for children under 2 years old. Ingredients: Physiological saline solution (purified water, sodium chloride (NaCl), disodium hydrogen phosphate-12H2O, sodium dihydrogen phosphate-2H2O); sorbitol; PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil; eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus); peppermint oil (Mentha piperita); chamomile oil (Chamomilla recutita).

Sage herb has been used traditionally to treat some of the most common and troublesome symptoms of the menopause such as the famous but socially embarrassing and uncomfortable hot flushes. Following close behind are the accompanying night sweats making peaceful sleep elusive. Menoforce® Sage tablets may be used by women (over 18 years of age) experiencing symptoms of the menopause such as hot flushes and night sweats. Dosage is one tablet daily. Don't take Menoforce® if:

• You are allergic to sage herb or any of the ingredients in Menoforce® Sage tablets.
• You are pregnant or breast feeding.
• Your symptoms worsen. If you do not feel any benefit within 4 weeks of using Menoforce® Sage tablets, speak to your doctor.
• You have been told by your doctor that you have a rare condition making you intolerant to some sugars such as fructose intolerance, glucose-galactose malabsorption or sucrase-isomaltase insufficiency, as Menoforce® Sage tablets may not be suitable for you. Menoforce® Sage tablets contain an extract of sage herb obtained from freshly harvested, organically cultivated sage. Sage has been traditionally used as a herb for the relief of excessive sweating, particularly during the menopause. Menoforce® comes in the form of a one-a-day herbal sage tablet. Each tablet contains 51mg of concentrated dried tincture from fresh Sage (Salvia officinalis L. ) leaves (1:17-18). Extraction solvent: ethanol 68% V/V. This is equivalent to 3400mg of tincture of fresh sage herb (leaves). 30 Tablets. Other ingredients used for Menoforce® Sage tablets are microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose laurate and hydrogenated cottonseed oil.
