How to Use
Weleda Stretch Mark Massage Oil can be applied two to three times daily - from the beginning of pregnancy up to three months after birth – with light, circular massage movements over the stomach, thighs, bottom and breasts. A kneading massage is not recommended. If you are unsure of the best way to apply body oils, please consult with your midwife, nurse or doctor. Please note that this oil contains arnica and should not be used on broken skin as it may cause irritation.

Dr Bronner's Liquid soaps are multi purpose. Use as liquid hand wash, face wash, body wash, shower gel or general cleaning. To use Dr Bronner Liquid Soap Baby Mild as a body wash, pour several drops onto your hands or sponge. Then lather up, scrub down and rinse off. To wash your hair, apply several drops to wet hair and massage into your scalp. You can also dilute one-part soap into 40 parts water for light cleaning.

Apply Nappy Cream Baby Balm sparingly to freshly washed and dried skin. Re-apply as often as necessary, and at each nappy change. Best kept in a warm room for general use, as beeswax content may crystallise when exposed to extreme cold.
